These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and jutabet8 (hereinafter referred to as "jutabet8", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atjutabet8.cam.

In order to register for and use a jutabet8 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. jutabet8 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities and will verify age as part of the KYC process.
2. You are natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of jutabet8, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or from any other online gambling service.

7. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.

Each Player may holdonly one (1) registered Account on the jutabet8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

jutabet8 reserves the right to request identity documentation (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or utility bill) at any stage of the registration or KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.

jutabet8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

All deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by jutabet8. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per single transaction is RM30,000, subject to the limits of the chosen payment method.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds are not derived from any illegal source, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• You are the authorised owner or user of the payment method being used.
• The funds belong to you personally and are not held on behalf of any third party.

jutabet8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name will be reversed and the Account may be subject to investigation.

Withdrawals from your jutabet8 Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests require full KYC verification. Players must submit a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Wagering Requirements: If your Account balance includes bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before those funds become available for withdrawal.
4. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. jutabet8 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals to alternative methods.
5. Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are processed within 30minutes to 2 hours during standard operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
6. Withdrawal Limits: Daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. Players on the standard tier may withdraw up to RM30,000 per day. VIP players may be subject to enhanced limits.

jutabet8 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of verification or investigation procedures.

jutabet8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free bets, referal bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Welcome and deposit match bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 25x requirement must generate RM2,500 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Validity Period: All bonus funds must be wagered within the specified promotional period, which will be stated on each offer. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–100% depending on the game type. Slot contributions vary by title. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's detailed terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active deposit bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the cancellation of the secondary bonus and may affect the primary bonus.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in play, bets exceding RM50 per hand or spin may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winings at jutabet8's discretion.
• Abuse and Fraud: jutabet8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winings where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or other fraudulent behaviour is detected. The determination of bonus abuse rests solely with jutabet8.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, and other wagering activities on the jutabet8 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jutabet8. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Displayed odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or, in the case of live casino games, by the result recorded at the time of play. jutabet8's decision on settlement is final.
• Obvious Errors: jutabet8 reserves the right to void or correct bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. Winings derived from obvious pricing errors may be withheld.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets on sporting events including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and UFC events are subject to real-time odds changes. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules, which may include voiding all bets or settling at reduced odds.
• Maximum Winings: The maximum single-transaction payout for sports betting is RM500,000 and for casino games is RM1,000,000, unless otherwise agreed in writing for VIP players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jutabet8 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) under any identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from jutabet8.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, technical glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime in any form.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in "bonus hunting", "bonus whoring", or any coordinated strategy designed to systematically extract promotional value without genuine play intent.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or transfering funds to, third parties.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service to circumvent geographic or IP-based access restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or its associated infrastructure.

All content on the jutabet8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, software, databases, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jutabet8 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content.
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion thereof on any third-party website without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jutabet8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings due to technical failure, system downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Errors or delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals outside of jutabet8's direct control.
• Losses attributable to the actions of third-party payment processors including FPX, DuitNow, or e-wallet providers.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

In any event, jutabet8's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

jutabet8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Where retention of the Account may expose jutabet8 to legal, reputational, or financial risk.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. jutabet8 makes no representation that the Platform or its content complies with the laws of any specific jurisdiction other than that of its licensing authority.

Your continued use of the jutabet8 Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12 of these Terms.
